Tangerang, November 3, 2026 - Alfaland Group, through its hospitality business unit managed by Omega Hotel Management (OHM), has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting national productivity growth and human resource development by participating in the Corporate Productivity Improvement Mentorship Program initiated by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker).
This strategic program involves 20 selected companies from various industrial sectors as part of a pilot project aimed at strengthening productivity, improving operational efficiency, and promoting the sustainable competitiveness of Indonesian companies.
As part of the program, Alfaland Group is represented by two hotels under the management of Omega Hotel Management, namely Grand Cordela Hotel Bandung and Cordela Hotel Senen, representing the hospitality sector, which plays an important role in enhancing service quality and workforce competencies.
As part of the program's evaluation stage, both hotels presented their progress reports and the results of the mentorship program before the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Ir. Yassierli, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., on November 3, 2026, at the Tridarma Room, Ministry of Manpower Office, South Jakarta.
This participation marks a concrete step by Alfaland Group in fostering a productive, adaptive, and continuously improving work culture. Particularly in the hospitality industry, productivity is measured not only by operational efficiency but also by the ability of human resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences and service quality.
Rasjid Reksodiputro, Chief Human Capital Officer of Alfaland Group, stated that the company's involvement in this program is part of its long-term strategy to position human resource development as a fundamental pillar of business growth.
"For Alfaland Group, productivity is not simply about working faster or achieving greater results. It is about developing competent human resources, improving work processes, and fostering an organizational culture that continues to evolve. We appreciate the Ministry of Manpower's initiative in creating opportunities for collaboration between the government and the business sector to jointly establish higher and more sustainable productivity standards," said Rasjid.
Furthermore, Rasjid emphasized that the hospitality industry is closely tied to the quality of its human resources. Therefore, productivity improvement must go hand in hand with competency development, employee engagement, and consistent service standards.
"Through the participation of Grand Cordela Hotel Bandung and Cordela Hotel Senen, we hope that the positive practices gained throughout the mentorship process will serve as valuable learning experiences that can be further developed and gradually replicated across various business units within Alfaland Group.
We believe that investing in human capital is a long-term investment that will generate positive impacts for the company, employees, customers, and the industry as a whole," he added.
The Corporate Productivity Improvement Mentorship Program, organized by the Ministry of Manpower, is designed to encourage companies to identify improvement opportunities, optimize work processes, and establish measurable and sustainable productivity improvement systems.
During the evaluation session, the Minister of Manpower welcomed the commitment and progress demonstrated by the participating companies. The initiative is expected not only to improve companies' internal performance but also to generate broader impacts on workforce quality, employee welfare, and the strengthening of national industrial competitiveness.
For Alfaland Group, participation in this program further reinforces its commitment to developing a business ecosystem that focuses not only on growth but also on human resource quality and operational sustainability.
Through Omega Hotel Management, Alfaland Group will continue to strengthen employee competencies, enhance operational processes, and promote an innovative and collaborative work culture across its managed hospitality properties.
Looking ahead, Alfaland Group hopes that collaboration between the government and the private sector in advancing productivity development will continue to expand, enabling more Indonesian companies to enhance their competitiveness while making meaningful contributions to national economic growth.
This participation reflects Alfaland Group's commitment to growing together with an excellent, productive, and future-ready workforce capable of navigating the evolving dynamics of the industry.
